Seller and product

Wholesale Rep Math is sold by VS Partners Group LLC. The paid product is a one-time, automatically generated rep-channel decision report based only on information you submit.

Decision support

The product provides general educational and operational decision support. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, compensation, employment, agency, brokerage, forecasting, contract, or retailer advice. It does not verify any agreement, account ownership, costs, sales, collections, deductions, or rep performance.

No matching or representation

Purchase does not create a sales-representation, rep-placement, recruiting, agency, consulting, brokerage, employment, or buyer-introduction relationship. We do not match representatives, interpret agreements, set compensation, or promise sales, accounts, orders, revenue, collections, or profit.

Customer inputs

Submit business-level estimates only. Do not submit rep names, buyer contacts, account lists, contracts, compensation documents, customer records, banking data, credentials, trade secrets, or confidential terms.

Payment, delivery, and refunds

Stripe processes payment. After a matching payment is verified, the report is regenerated and displayed automatically. You may request an automatic refund within seven days using the purchase email and checkout reference.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, the product is provided as-is. VS Partners Group LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, compensation, contract, territory, account, inventory, retailer, or implementation losses. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the report.
